We are dedicated to providing high-quality eyewear and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is straightforward and customer-friendly.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of the purchase invoice, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Refunds: Items can be refunded within 24 hours from the date of the purchase invoice, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Return Conditions
- All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Opened contact lenses are not refundable.
- The value of prescription lenses for medical frames will be deducted in the event of a return.
- Purchase vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

Refund Process
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds for credit card payments will be processed through the bank within 4 working days, with the bank commission deducted.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Product-Specific Conditions
- Contact Lenses: Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Sunglasses, Blue Light Frames, Reading Glasses: Must be free from scratches, damage, or wear.
- Prescription Eyeglasses: If you need to return them, visit one of our stores within 3 days for assistance. Progressive lenses may require up to 2-3 weeks for adjustment.
- Non-Refundable: Ophthalmic/prescription lenses, coating add-ons, and glazing services are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Costs
- Kuwait Local Customers: Free delivery for orders over 12 KD. For orders below 12 KD, a shipping fee of 2 KD applies.
