Due to high demand, some of our contact lenses may go out of stock. We carefully monitor our inventory and typically replenish products within a few weeks. For prescription lenses or specialized prescriptions with high powers, which are available for pre-order, shipping may take up to 3 days. However, many of our non-prescription lenses are shipped within 4 hours. Please note that special prescription lenses, such as toric and multifocal, may take up to 4 weeks to be shipped. Prescription lenses with powers greater than +4 or less than -5 can take up to 3 days for shipping. If your pre-ordered item is delayed, we will keep you informed and work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
